What are the key elements of a good bar?
Friendly staff, five star service, great drinks and of course cool music!

What is your signature/speciality drink and how do you make it?
Our speciality is a Markee. Muddled limes and fresh raspberries with Makers Mark and Creme de Mur over crushed ice.

Most memorable identities you have served or had in your bar?
We had the cast of Crackerjack in for their Sydney premiere with a few people from the Secret Life of Us...they were lots of fun. Ally McCoist got the guys from the UK looking twice. He's a soccer player who is big overseas. When the Stones were in town, their manager came in for lunch. def Tones came in for The Big Day Out and Jamie Durie from Backyard Blitz.

What is your favourite drink?
Chocolate Martini, Dutch chocolate vodka, honey vodka, Creme de cocoa and cans of Leningradskoe.

What makes a great bar?
People make a bar great. Also music, comfy seating, and an informed selection of drinks.

What do you drink when your on the other side of the bar?
Vodka. We have a huge selection and various mixers so you can never get bored. Someone will always make something great! Have you ever served anyone famous yourself? I served Jon Bon Jovi's publicist..fame by association.

What does a guy have to do to make you want to buy him a drink?
A guy who can make me laugh will get a drink on me.

What's the funniest pick-up line you've heard whilst working?
'Is that a mirror in your pocket..cause i can see myself in your pants?' and the nicest was 'Do you believe in love at first sight or shall i walk past you one more time?'

What's the perfect ingredient for a big night out on the town?
1. Good food
2. Luscious drinks
3. Beautiful people
4. Great sounds

What's your hangover cure?
A nice cold beer to clear the senses.
